Completed Pinboard - Alice in Wonderland 1

 

Alice in Wonderland 1

This is the second iteration of this board. Completed sometime in March 2022. The first version didn't flow as well as this one does. I bought some new pins from a past birthday and I re-did the board. I am pleased with how this came out the second time around. I have a few other Alice pins that I am slowly accumulating to build a second board. 

I always think of Alice as the first "isekai". The first time I watched this as a child, I didn't really understand the story, how trippy the whole movie was. It felt disjointed, only later did I understand it was paced like a dream. 

I do love the live action as well. Probably the only live action Disney series I enjoyed. Every other live action movie was kind of meh. 

This reminds me that I need to further purge my Disney pins. They are not really done well unless they are the super limited ones and even then, their best pins, are like the mid of an independent artist/pin maker's product. I have seen beautiful ones that Disney would charge an arm and a leg for if they made it at that level. 

Disney pins I noticed tend to bank on the character with very little or no effects on their pins. So I have been really picky and tightened my standards. 

I am hoping the next couple of months, I don't want to jinx myself, I am expecting work to be a bit slow, and hope the down time will give me the space to really get into my hobbies.
